Our story

Point A Hotels is a family business founded by entrepreneurs. We have a heritage of over fifty years in hospitality where we started with a small B&B.

We believe a hotel should never just be a room. At Point A we aim to deliver heartfelt hospitality to everyone, no matter their budget. We define and customise our hotel offering to provide the best possible experience and value to our guests.

Until today, we retain our agile nature. Heartfelt, sincere hospitality shapes our mission.

Neena joined Queensway in 2015 and was part of the team who brought the Point A Hotels brand to life! She now leads all change projects, from launching a new website and booking journey, to operational improvements on property. Neena is always on the look out for creative ways to improve the experience for our guests and our teams.

Daniel is the Head of Finance and joined Queensway in Feb 2015 after various finance roles within the Media industry. He heads up a team of 3 and is responsible for all elements of financial reporting and compliance for the Point A brand. He also helps out the rest of the team with data analysis and keeping processes simple for both guests and front desk staff.

Regis Morin joined Queensway early 2012 and was part of the original team that launched Tune Hotels in the UK. Regis now leads the Revenue & Sales function with a team of 4 and is involved in all commercial activities of the hotel business including the roll out of hotel management software as this is one of his passion.
