As part of our ongoing refurbishment programme, construction works have begun at Canary Wharf. This refurbishment will include updates to our bedrooms as well as the extension of our ground floor to enhance our food and beverage offering.
The work will take place during normal business hours, Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. While we will make every effort to minimise disruptions, you may experience some increased noise levels at times. Snacks and hot drinks will remain available at reception throughout this period.

What time is check in and check out?
Check in from 3:00pm. We can offer early check in from 12:00pm* for an additional charge of £15.
Check out by 11:00am. We can offer late check out by 2:00pm* for an additional £15. Please contact the front desk to inquire, the earlier we are aware of your request, the easier it is for us to accommodate!

Do you offer express check out?
Yes, we do! On your departure day, you’ll get an email to express check out—it’s quick and takes less than 30 seconds.
Once you check out, our team will prepare the room for the next guest, so make sure you're ready to leave before completing it. Your VAT invoice will be emailed to you soon after.
Luggage storage
If you need to leave luggage with us we charge £3 per bag pre check in and after check out.
Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collect before midnight.
How do I change the temperature & lighting?
If you need support setting your lighting controls or temperatures our hosts are happy to help.
Please note, any changes made to A/C or temperature can take up to 20 minutes to feel the effect. If you require any further assistance please ask the front desk team who will be happy to help.
Hairdryer, hangers & safe
The hairdryer can be found attached to the wall under the desk.
The safe is located by the bed, or under one of the bedside tables.
Hangers are in your room hanging on the wall, if not, please ask a host at the front desk
Do you have an iron?
We provide irons and ironing boards. Just ask at the front desk
When are rooms cleaned?
Your room gets a full spruce-up after three nights — fresh sheets, clean towels, bins emptied.
