Know before you go

Check in from 3:00pm. We can offer early check in from 12:00pm* for an additional charge of €15.

Check out by 11:00am. We can offer late check out by 3:00pm* for an additional €25. Please contact the front desk to inquire, the earlier we are aware of your request, the easier it is for us to accommodate!

Yes, we do! On your departure day, you’ll get an email to express check out—it’s quick and takes less than 30 seconds.

Once you check out, our team will prepare the room for the next guest, so make sure you're ready to leave before completing it. Your VAT invoice will be emailed to you soon after.

We can store your luggage for free on the day of your departure.

Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collect before midnight.

Night time access is secured, so please use your room key to enter between 11:00pm & 6:00am.

Our hotel is super central and so we don’t have on-site parking. We recommend Q-Park Four Courts, located at Usher's Quay, Dublin, D08 VP9C, just a short walk from the hotel.

The car park is open daily from 07:00 to 19:00, with extended hours currently being trialled until 21:00.

  • Dublin Castle: A 12–15 minute walk from the hotel, the castle complex features the State Apartments, medieval undercroft, and gardens.

  • Jameson Distillery Bow St: About 20 minutes’ walk or a short bus ride, this historic distillery offers tours, tastings, and whiskey blending classes.
