Yes, we do! On your departure day, you’ll get an email to express check out—it’s quick and takes less than 30 seconds.

Once you check out, our team will prepare the room for the next guest, so make sure you're ready to leave before completing it. Your VAT invoice will be emailed to you soon after.

Luggage storage is available for free, before or after check in.

Please note that bags cannot be left overnight, and will be removed if not collected.

• Assembly Rooms: Right on your doorstep, the historic Assembly Rooms on George Street become a major Fringe venue each summer, hosting comedy, theatre and live performances just minutes from the hotel.

• Traverse Theatre: Renowned for bold, contemporary theatre, the Traverse is a Fringe favourite and sits around a 10–15 minute walk from St Andrew Square.

• Gilded Balloon Teviot: One of the Fringe’s most iconic venues, packed with comedy and late-night shows. It’s around a 15–20 minute walk or a short bus journey from the hotel.

• Royal Mile: The lively heart of the Old Town and home to the Fringe’s famous street performances. Walk there in around 10–15 minutes, crossing Princes Street and heading into Edinburgh’s historic centre.

• Edinburgh Castle & The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo: Towering above the city, Edinburgh Castle is a must-visit and the dramatic backdrop for the world-famous Military Tattoo in August. It’s approximately a 15–20 minute walk from the hotel.
