Once you check out, our team will prepare the room for the next guest, so make sure you're ready to leave before completing it. Your VAT invoice will be emailed to you soon after.
If you need to leave luggage with us we charge £3 per bag pre check in and after check out. Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collected before midnight.

Stroll past the iconic London Eye on your right, then cross the historic Westminster Bridge—perfect for snapping that postcard-worthy photo of the Big Ben across the Thames.
