Great location for attending a concert at Hyde Park and extremely handy for the train and underground stations. The air conditioning was very much welcomed during a heatwave.

Arrived late, spent few hours, staff were great and property was comfortable and well located.

We stayed there during the last heatwave London had. Air conditioner worked wonderfully and the desk was always happy to give up cups of ice when requested. Would recommend to anyone

This hotel is air conditioned, which can be hard to find in Europe. The staff was helpful. There is a nice lobby area, and you can buy reasonably priced drinks. There was also a grocery store right across the street. There was a breakfast available if desired. It is located between 2 different subway lines, which can be helpful depending on where you want to get to around the city.

We spent 3 nights. The rooms are cozy. Very clean and the staff were wonderful.. Best thing was the air con. Great to come back sight seeing in a heat wave. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and both the rooms and common areas were always well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable and truly valued as guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London. Thank you for a great stay!

Location is great. Short distance walk to paddington station. A grocery store was just across the street if you need something. We stayed at the accessible room and the bathroom was flooded after a shower. Staff didn’t seen to be too surprised when we asked for extra towels after we told them it was flooded. Also, the hotel charges you when you storage bags after check-out.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and the luggage storage was great too! The room was amazing for the price, all you need if you just need somewhere to sleep and a bathroom. Fantastic - will definitely be keeping in mind for future trips.

The place is near the bus stops or Paddington Station. There are nearby restaurants and stores. Grocery or souvenier stores are everywhere. Mark and Spencer is around the corner.
