Excellent budget hotel in great location. The rooms are compact, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast is great value. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel for a great value London stay.

This is the fifth time I have returned here and every time it feels like being at home, I want to thank THIN in particular for her kindness, helpfulness, and cheerfulness. Thanks also to KRISTINA. The location for me is excellent, in one of the most beautiful areas of London. The private garden is a great little spot to have breakfast or to rest and relax for a moment. We will return here as always for our future trips to London. THANK YOU

Simple and very functional room with all the necessary comfort for a stay of a few days. Comfortable bedding. Clean. Very quiet. Perfect location 10 minutes from Liverpool Street Station, for those arriving by plane from Stansted Airport. And good value for money.
