Staff where friendly and helpful and property was clean and a short walk to earls court station.

We had a windowless twin room however the room was exceptionally clean and modern! Perfect for a short stay. Hairdryer provided. Modern toilet and shower facilities. Small space so ideal for solo/twin travellers or couples. Staff were really friendly and helpful- check in and check out were smooth and organised.

Quick and warm welcome. Very clean and spacious room. Location close (5 min walk) to subway and bus stops but quiet. Fountain to fill bottles with free cold water.

The location is very good, just a five-minute walk to Earls Court, and there are many buses nearby for transportation. There are many supermarkets near the hotel. If you don't have an adapter, you can buy one at the supermarket. (The hotel does not provide it for free; you have to buy it at a kiosk machine, which is more expensive than outside.) The room is small but comfortable, and the bedding is very good for sleeping?? The toilet is small, but there is enough space to place cosmetic bags. Although the breakfast is small, it has everything, and the granola yogurt is delicious! During my stay, the air conditioning in my room broke down. Thank you to the front desk staff for helping me switch to another room. Finally, there is a charge of three pounds per item for luggage storage after checking out. Overall, the accommodation experience is very good?? Highly recommended!

Good staff nice hotel

The hotel has friendly staff. The hotel is also clean, and the location is good. The rooms are small, but that is understandable in this kind of hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, very easy to navigate and get to the Tube station to get around London! The room and bathroom were very clean, we had two people with two twin beds. There was enough space for our luggage and to unpack some. The staff was very helpful and kind when we were going in and out throughout the day.
