1.    AGREEMENT

1.1 The present agreement is being entered between Point A Hotels Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the Supplier, and the Customer. The term Customer refers to the parent company, subsidiaries, business traveller.

1.2 The present Agreement summarises the benefits of the agreement and the obligations of the Parties.

2.        PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

2.1 Discount is accessible for business travellers only and must be booked using a valid corporate email address. If a booking is made on a personal email address, the guest may be informed and if there are repeat occurrences, may have the promo code / discount revoked for the individual guest and other business travellers associated with a similar email domain / from the same company, at the hotel’s discretion.

2.2 The agreement price per room per night applies to overnight stays at the Supplier’s hotel.

2.3 The agreement prices apply to individual travellers up to 9 rooms.

2.4 Group reservations (10 or more) are subject to special terms and conditions and must be quoted on a case-to-case basis by contacting groups@pointahotels.com

2.4.1          Point A Hotels reserves the right to cancel all reservations of 10 rooms or more made without a group contract.

2.5 Room payments shall be made straight to the hotel, and guests are personally responsible for their bills unless otherwise stated or agreed in advance.

2.6 The Supplier accepts all major payment methods: credit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard) for individual reservations and Bank Transfers for group reservations. International Bank transfers costs/fees are the responsibility of the Payer and should be made in GBP. We do not accept cheques or foreign currency.

2.7 In the event of changes beyond the control of the Supplier to VAT and other taxes, the prices in the present agreement shall be adjusted accordingly. The Supplier reserves the right to and will adjust prices when necessary.

2.8 The prices specified in this Agreement include VAT and taxes.

2.9 We reserve the right to decrease or increase the percentage discount at any time, at the hotel’s discretion. This would not affect existing reservations.

2.10              The discount can be removed at any time without written notice, at the hotel’s discretion.

2.11              *Up to 20% discount applies on the corporate discounted flexible rate only. This is a variable discount with percentage savings calculated against the online public flexible rates. Prices vary based on various factors such as booking lead time, periods of high demand and location. The discount can be subject to room availability and is only applicable for accommodation.

2.12              Discount inclusions such as continental breakfast within the discount can be amended or removed at any time.

2.13              Cancellation policies:

2.13.1   Corporate Dynamic BAR Flexible Rate: Up to 20 % off Flexible Rate can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 2pm day of arrival. Booking requires a valid credit card to guarantee the booking. In case of no show or cancellation outside of the free cancellation policy will be charged the total stay amount. The cancellation policy can be amended at any time and most up to date terms will be displayed when making an individual bedroom reservation.

2.14              Commission: Rates are non – commissionable.

3.        INFORMATION

3.1 The Customer shall undertake to disseminate information about the Agreement, its benefits and terms and conditions to all internal company booking agents, employees, and beneficiaries of this agreement.

4.   POLICIES:

               4.1 The Supplier cannot guarantee room availability until 3 pm on the arrival date at the earliest, unless early check-in has been agreed and guaranteed in advance.

              4.2 On arrival and check in at the hotel, please present your booking confirmation.

              4.3 Guests must check out by 11 am on departure date unless otherwise agreed.

  4.4 Room types are subject to availability. The hotel reserves the right to close out any discounted rates, subject to availability levels set by the hotel, last room availability in not guaranteed.

             4.5 General availability cannot be guaranteed, and it’s therefore recommended to book as early as possible.

             4.6 All rates may be subject to a minimum length of stay from time to time, as determined by the hotel.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1  All information supplied by the Supplier to the Customer relating to the present Agreement shall remain the property of the Supplier. Without Supplier’s consent, such information may not be disclosed to third parties by the Customer for other purposes besides compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

5.2  The promo code used to access the discounted rate must not be shared with other business travellers unless they are travelling from the same company. If there is interest for another business traveller from a different company to access the discounted rate, they must apply through the corporate form to receive a promo code.

6. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

The present Agreement and discount may be terminated by either party if:

- The other party suspends payments, files for compulsory composition, becomes insolvent or it declared bankrupt.

- The other party commits a material breach of contract.

- The agreement can be terminated at any time at the hotel’s discretion.

Force Majeure beyond the control of Point A Hotels such a strikes, lockouts, failed supplies, shall entitle both parties to revoke the Agreement without the right to compensation.
