People always ask how we can offer such fantastic locations at such great value. It's simple; we give you everything you need, and nothing you don't. We keep our rooms small, yet perfectly formed and equip them with great quality products. That includes:
Instead of cleaning the rooms every day, we give them a thorough clean after every guest and after the third night thereafter, for those staying longer. It's our way of doing our bit for the environment. Additional room cleaning can be purchased for a small fee of £8 per clean, to arrange please speak with a member of the team.
There is also an ironing room that can be found on the lower ground floor, so you can still look the part at that fancy dinner or important business meeting. We make sure you have the comfiest stay and at unbeatable value. So check in, put your feet up and relax like you've just got home.Book a room

Impressed with the location, only a short walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras, along a busy well lit street. Hotel is modern and welcoming, rooms are clean and fresh, staff are friendly. Good value for money. The bed was comfy, decor is cute and quirky, and the room/bathroom had everything I needed. I will stay here again. Show less
