What time is check in and check out?
Check in from 3:00pm. We can offer early check in from 12:00pm* for an additional charge of £15.
Check out by 11:00am. We can offer late check out by 2:00pm* for an additional £15. Please contact the front desk to inquire, the earlier we are aware of your request, the easier it is for us to accommodate!

Do you offer express check out?
Yes, we do! On your departure day, you’ll get an email to express check out—it’s quick and takes less than 30 seconds.
Once you check out, our team will prepare the room for the next guest, so make sure you're ready to leave before completing it. Your VAT invoice will be emailed to you soon after.
Luggage storage
If you need to leave luggage with us we charge £3 per bag pre check in and after check out.
Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collect before midnight.
How do I enter the hotel at night
Night time access is secured, so please use your room key to enter between 11:00pm & 6:00am.
How do I change the temperature & lighting?

The safe is located by the bed, or under one of the bedside tables.
Hangers are in your room hanging on the wall, if not, please ask a host at the front desk.
Do you have an iron?
Please note: the ironing room is currently unavailable. However, irons and ironing boards are readily available, just speak to our front desk team, who will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer laundry services?

When are rooms cleaned?
Your room gets a full clean after three nights — fresh sheets, clean towels, bins emptied.

Stayed at this Point A hotel a few times, and it's perfect for what it is. Rooms are comfortable, and staff are always very polite and helpful. 2 min walk from Liverpool street station and plenty of place to eat very close.

We had a great time at Point A. The location is excellent in a quiet side street on Liverpool Street. Check-in management is simple and fast. Good assortment at the self-service breakfast. The leisure area is comfortable and there is also a beautiful garden available although it was winter and we weren't able to benefit from it. Small but functional bedroom. Very close to Spitalfields market, the City and Brick Lane.

Nice hotel with a great location, close to Liverpool Street Station, Brick Lane and not a long walk from Tower of London. The rooms and hotel overall were in great condition and staff was friendly. Definitely staying here the next time I’m in London!
