Point A Hotels – Instagram Competition Terms & Conditions

The competition is open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 years or over as of 08/08/2025.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Closing date for entry is Friday 8 August 2025 at 11:59PM (BST). After this date, no further entries will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances beyond their control. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as follows:

A one-night hotel stay for two people at any Point A Hotel in the UK or Ireland

Stay must be booked and used by 31 December 2025

Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates

Travel, meals, and other expenses are not included

The prize is as stated, is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message during the week commencing 11 August 2025. The winner must respond within 48 hours. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within this timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

The promoter will provide instructions on how the winner can redeem their prize.

The promoter’s decision regarding all matters related to the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, each entrant confirms their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
