Check in from 3:00pm. We can offer early check in from 12:00pm* for an additional charge of £15.
Check out by 11:00am. We can offer late check out by 2:00pm* for an additional £15. Please contact the front desk to inquire, the earlier we are aware of your request, the easier it is for us to accommodate!

Yes, we do! On your departure day, you’ll get an email to express check out—it’s quick and takes less than 30 seconds.
Once you check out, our team will prepare the room for the next guest, so make sure you're ready to leave before completing it. Your VAT invoice will be emailed to you soon after.

Hairdryer, hangers & safe
Find your hairdryer in the bag on the wall, because every day’s a good hair day.
The safe is located by the bed, or under one of the bedside tables.
Hangers should be in your room hanging on the wall, if not, please ask a host at reception.
Do you have an iron?
The ironing rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Just follow the signs!
When are rooms cleaned?
Your room gets a full clean after three nights — fresh sheets, clean towels, bins emptied.

Edinburgh Waverley Station: Just a short walk from the hotel, Edinburgh Waverley is the city’s main rail hub, with direct connections across Scotland and the UK. It’s an ideal arrival point during Fringe season and perfectly placed for travelling between venues.

Edinburgh Visitor Levy - Important Information
From 1 October 2025, all bookings for stays from 24 July 2026 will be subject to a 5% visitor levy, introduced by the City of Edinburgh.
- The tax is calculated at 5% of the accommodation cost (excluding any paid product upsells).
- It applies to all guests staying at the hotel, for the first 5 nights of their stay only.
- Payment is required at check-in and is not included in your room rate.
- Some guests may be eligible to reclaim the tax separately through the local council.
