What time is check in and check out?
Check in from 3:00pm. We can offer early check in from 12:00pm* for an additional charge of £15.
Check out by 11:00am. We can offer late check out by 2:00pm* for an additional £15. Please contact the front desk to inquire, the earlier we are aware of your request, the easier it is for us to accommodate!

Do you offer express check out?
Yes, we do! On your departure day, you’ll get an email to express check out—it’s quick and takes less than 30 seconds.
Once you check out, our team will prepare the room for the next guest, so make sure you're ready to leave before completing it. Your VAT invoice will be emailed to you soon after.
Luggage storage
If you need to leave luggage with us we charge £3 per bag pre check in and after check out.
Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collect before midnight.
How do I enter the hotel at night
Night time access is secured, so please use your room key to enter between 11:00pm & 6:00am.
How do I change the temperature & lighting?

The safe is located by the bed, or under one of the bedside tables.
Hangers are in your room hanging on the wall, if not, please ask a host at the front desk.

The ironing room is located on the ground floor. Just follow the signs!

When are rooms cleaned?
Your room gets a full clean after three nights — fresh sheets, clean towels, bins emptied.

Point A Shoreditch is close to two underground stations and the fabulous Spitalfields market which has a huge array of fantastic street food. The staff were all helpful and polite. The room was small but very clean and in good condition. I had a great night's sleep and was full up after the excellent cold buffet breakfast.

Really can't fault this hotel, the hotel is clean, close to all Shoreditch hub! (5-10 mis walk). Staff were extremely helpful and amazing. Breakfast selection was great too!!! Definitely a good choice!

Super location - just a five minute walk from Liverpool Street station. Hotel very easy to find. On arrival check in was quick and compete within a couple of minutes. Staff very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much. The room was spotlessly clean. The two single beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet with no noise heard from other rooms or guests. The shower had good water pressure and was hot water available at all times. This is a hotel that is highly recommended.
